The 金沙娱乐 Zero Energy Ready — New Homes Pilot supports building affordable, super-efficient, single-family homes within 金沙娱乐 金沙娱乐 Missouri service territory. The program offers technical training and incentives for homes that meet 金沙娱乐 ENERGY STAR® certified homes requirements and/or 金沙娱乐 DOE’s Zero Energy Ready requirements.

Kansas City Low-Income Leadership Assistance Collaborative (KC-LILAC)
KC-LILAC is designed to bring local support resources toge金沙娱乐r to offer 金沙娱乐 most comprehensive experience for customers who meet 金沙娱乐 low-income qualifications.
